Having read Presnky’s work on Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants and how this group of students learns, expects to learn, and learns best: 

11.What do you think is THE most important thing you (plural) as future teachers need to do to prepare to teach the learners of today?    

                  The most important part of teaching technology learners is understanding the learners use of technology and teaching students to learn technology. Without an established baseline for learning technology and teaching technology relevance, technology will not be acquired correctly and efficiently

I 2.       Since it is likely that you were likely taught by Digital Immigrants or Digital Deniers™ (Kate Lucia), how will you adjust your teaching to reflect the new needs of your students?   

                     By understanding that technology is acquired with explicit instruction, it's easy to adjust instruction based on the specific needs of learners .
